Sonic Boom

Hi everyone,
January started off with a sonic boom (11,100+ coming to Christ in four countries), and February, well February is so far more like a pop gun. That’s okay because we trust God. This is His ministry and if He has a desire for a Devine pause then so be it. However, there are planned opportunities available for any investment minded folks.
We have two teams currently in the bush in NE Nigeria, and also a group working among the Hausa in NE Burkina Faso. Two groups are sitting on there hands waiting on us and the Lord to send them into the harvest fields of Guinea and Mali. We have also distributed two megaphones and New Testaments  to two men. One was the 27yo blind man among the Maninka of Lofa, Liberia who the Lord audibly invited to serve Him. The second given today was to a 24yo Jula man who came to Christ at an outreach of a former paralytic who was saved and healed over a year ago in northern Ghana.
We kindly invite you to participate in this exciting and highly fruitful work of reaching exclusively unreached people in the bush of West Africa. Send prayers, send money, have fun. We are. For His Glory!

The Mute Speaks

God is the ultimate in displaying His glory. Let me give you some recent examples. I was praying the Holy Spirit would give us clear direction early in January to get us started aggressively preaching the gospel in West Africa. We were not disappointed. Alemon got a call from an associate in Burkina who had three consecutive dreams about a man who approached him and instructed him to take the good news to the Kulango in the Ivory Coast. We sent him and he immediately ran into difficulties. However as they proceeded he was informed of two families fighting for the chief’s position in a village. He brought the good news to them and peace followed. The prefect heard of it and asked for them to pray for his mute son who spoke for the first time in his life. They were then invited to take the gospel to several other villages as well. In one village a 31 yo man felt someone touch his chest during prayer and he was relieved of a deep burden. The burden was created when a friend of his stole his motorbike, and sold it.
He then proceeded to hire some thugs to beat him to an inch of his life. Jesus forgave him for this and now he is at peace. He then felt a freshness come over him from his head to his feet. After which he began to speak in another tongue as the Spirit gave him utterance. The next step is for him to ask forgiveness of his friend and lead him to Christ. There were many other miracles that have happened of late. The son of an Imam who was totally blind could see after prayer and laying on of hands! His whole family received Christ. The next day he invited the team over for a meal and he asked them to burn all of his Koranic books. The Spirit of Jesus is moving all over West Africa.

August In  West Africa 

 
The month of August was a major success for the ministry as six new evangelists were
added to the team who were also equipped with megaphones and New Testatments. In 
addition there were over 11,700 muslims who came to follow Jesus across West Africa. We saw many miracles of healing, including blindness, a mute man, a chief’s son near death remarkably healed leading to the conversion of his family and the male nurse who saw  him in clinic the next day, Both of whom are preaching the gospel leading to several hundred conversion experiences. There were deliverances from demonic oppression and testimonies of these men preaching the gospel. One of my favorite stories was that of two gangs who have come to Christ in Guinea and their leaders who have joined one of our men who lives close to the border with Sierra Leone. They have joined him to cross over into the country and witness to the Fula Jalon. 
   When I saw how our man Isaac (alias), lived so close to the border I felt the leading of 
the Holy Spirit to send him to this unreached people group. However, the budget was 
amazingly high for such a venture that I decided it may not be in the cards for us. Then Alemon had two nights of disturbing dreams which caused him to not sleep well. In his dream he saw a map of Sierra Leone in the dark, then suddenly a light from the heavens shown on the map which revealed the words, Fula Jalon. This happened for two nights and he said he had not slept well. The morning after the second night, his wife revealed she had a dream as well. In her dream, she saw a cross which had been impaled in the map of Sierra Leone.
Then immediately after, blood began to pour out from the cross and drip down across the
country. These two concluded that God was leading us to send Isaac and his team of former gang leaders into the country to preach the good news. I was a bit miffed that I was not made privy to the dream so I asked the Lord to give Alemon another dream on the third night. Indeed this happened but this time it was a short but powerful dream in which he heard the desperate cries and pleas from people shouting and crying for help. An emotional word picture of the spiritual state of those who have never heard the good news about Jesus. So convinced of the need to send the men they have proceeded into Sierra Leone from the north and are having by all accounts a wonderful outreach. Thanks to all of you who pray and give to make this happen. Your reward is great.

Lost But Not Forgotten

Meetings In Niger

We have received reports from five villages in Niger from the Tetserret ethnic group.

Village 1 had 168 participants and 124 new converts.

Village 2 had 204 participants and 204 new converts.

Village 3 had 198 participants and 107 new converts.

Village 4 had 316 participants and 245 new converts.

Village 5 had 370 participants and 301 new converts.

15 healings were reported.

In village 2 a 39-year-old man came to testify after the prayer that he practiced witchcraft but during the prayer he heard an audible voice telling him to repent; he then came to us in tears and trembling to give his life to Christ and asks us to pray for him; as his house was not far away from the place the program was taken place , he brought his witchcraft items and we burned them.

In village 4 a man whose right eye could not see has been completely healed.

– A young girl who had a deformed foot because of the poliomyelitis has been healed and everyone could see her walking well.

– A young man who was possessed by the spirit of a siren has been delivered after a deliverance prayer. Indeed,  Maaz told us that he has been in contact with this spirit during a trip to Ivory Coast and since that time his business no longer work and none of his relationships lead to marriage, so ‘he asks us to pray for him and it is during the prayer that the spirit of the siren manifested itself but by the blood and the Name of Jesus the young man has been delivered.

 

We praise God for having used us even though we have not reached all the villages we were supposed to reach and the Mayor even asked us to add five more villages.

Mayor’s Family Gets Saved

I received a prophetic word at a recent pastors meeting. The man saw an arrow coming out of the darkness into the light. He said it represents a new evangelist being added to the team. God wants to give him an updated megaphone that has greater clarity. I interpreted that as meaning the man of God would be an effective minister. While I was relaxing with Tom and some guys this afternoon, I got a call from Abdel. Among other things he told me that our man Abdouldrame in Ghana was asked by a mayor to pray for his “dying son”. He had stomach pain, and could hardly breathe. Abdouldrame prayed for him, and you guessed it, he was immediately healed. The mayor’s family all got saved and he invited Abdouldrame to another 7 villages. The mayor took his boy to the doctor the next day and the doctor exclaimed that this was nothing less than a miracle. The male nurse said to the mayor that he wants to meet the man who prayed for him. So Abdel and I agreed the son and the male nurse (once he gets saved) should go with the chief as he preaches and the anointed one gets the megaphone. Good day.
